I’m here to show you all the great things we do as well as
keep you informed about art classes, art shows, and
special things happening at MSFAC.
The month of April is printmaking with the Afterschool Art kids…and they are making some
pretty neat stuff. Printmaking is especially cool because
the kids
are not sure what their projects will look like until the very end. So they are very excited once they pull the first print. Those “whhoooaa”s and “cooool”s are what make teaching so fantastic!

Coincidentally, we did some printmaking in the Homeschool
Art classes, too. Here’s an adorable print with a
rabbit, named “Fiver” by 6-year-old Axel Heiden:
During May, Afterschool Art will be doing Sculpture/Mixed
Media, which is always a blast.
You can sign up or check out this, or other MSFAC art classes here.
Here’s to a new venture for MSFAC in the digital world, and a
new outlet for the MSFAC art program!
Stay tuned for more of the interesting stuff happening at
MSFAC!
